8th Graders Earn Over $1.7M in High School Scholarships

8th Graders Earn Over $1.7M in Scholarships and 100% Acceptance into First-Choice High Schools

At St. Joseph School-Fullerton, we believe in nurturing confident leaders, faithful scholars, and compassionate young adults. This year we are proud to celebrate another ground-breaking milestone. Our 8th grade graduates were awarded over $1.7 million in high school scholarships, and 100% of our students were accepted into their first-choice high schools. These achievements reflect the power of a strong academic foundation, exceptional teaching, and a supportive school community rooted in the "Wolfpack" mentality.

Our graduates will be continuing their academic journeys at some of the area’s most prestigious high schools including Archbishop Curley, Calvert Hall, Eastern Tech, Gilman, John Carroll, Loyola Blakefield, The Catholic High School of Baltimore, Mercy High School, and Notre Dame Preparatory School.

This level of success doesn’t happen by accident. At SJS-Fullerton, students are guided by an exceptional team of educators and leaders who are passionate about student growth: spiritually, academically, and personally. Our rigorous curriculum challenges students to think critically, solve problems creatively, and lead with empathy and integrity.

Outside the classroom, our students immerse themselves in many extracurricular activities on our campus. Middle schoolers serve as members of the Safety Patrol, opening car doors at morning arrival and ensuring students are safely escorted to and from the building. They also serve as Classroom Helpers, spending recess assisting teachers and offer an extra set of hands in younger classrooms. The Morning Announcement Team is responsible for writing the script, producing, and anchoring the live announcements recorded daily. Many participated in Liturgy Club, the largest student club on campus with over 150 members, where students learn about the gift of serving others.

Whether leading morning prayers, supporting school events, performing on stage, or competing in academic challenges, our students exemplify teamwork, service, and perseverance. At St. Joseph School-Fullerton, our mission is to cultivate an environment of academic excellence and spiritual growth within a loving, faithful community committed to family, discipleship, and evangelization. The Class of 2025 has set a shining example for the grades to follow.
