Friendly Reminders from Nurse Konopacki
All new students and all 6th and 7th graders MUST turn in completed health paperwork to the School Nurse upon the first week of school.
If your child has medication orders signed by their physician, including over-the-counter medications (Tylenol/Ibuprofen/Benadryl), the parent MUST provide them to the school nurse. The nurse's office does not stock these medications. If you have questions or concerns, contact Nurse Konopacki.
Please be mindful if your child is experiencing any symptoms listed on the Health Care Protocols Form that they need to stay home from school for the time specified, and in some cases, will require evaluation from a physician before returning to school.
