PowerSchool

St. Joseph School, along with the other schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, utilizes PowerSchool for a variety of student data functions. Progress Reports are generated through one of those functions in this Student Information System program. One critical communication tool, called Parent Access, is available to all families at St. Joseph School. Parent Access is an Internet application that allows parents to update certain contact information and to see grades for third through eighth grade students in every major subject area throughout the school year.

Access Codes / Online Training Module:

Around mid-September, access codes will be emailed to parents through our Swift K12 alert system. Please view this PowerSchool Parent Access Training Module to learn how to use the codes you receive to link your student's information to an account you create for yourself. **Codes contained in your personalized letter WILL NOT directly log you into PowerSchool. You MUST create your own account.**

If you need to add a child to an existing account, please see the document How to Add a Student to an Existing Account.

Contact your local PowerSchool administrator, Mrs. Maria Starcher (mstarcher@stjoeschool.org) with any questions.
