Named 2025 Top Workplace by The Baltimore Sun

December 3, 2025 - St. Joseph School-Fullerton (SJSF) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by The Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces 2025.

This recognition marks the 9th consecutive year SJSF has earned this prestigious honor. In addition, their placement rose from #80 to #43 in the Small Employers category. 

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
